Maggy's Pet Boutique is hiring part time staff. Drop off a resume in person at 4520 Ontario Street in Beamsville, Ontario.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will create a friendly, welcoming environment for pet parents and their fur kids.
About Our Boutique:
Maggy’s Pet Boutique is a friendly place for pet parents to shop for their Furkids. Our boutique is a pet supply store that will be known for fun special events, excellent customer service and quality products. The store will be clean, tidy and welcoming.
The store is completely independent and features the products that are expected in a pet supply store, along with a number of unique products not found in the big chains. High quality grooming is also available in store.
About the Retail Sales Associate Position:
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the store
- Understand products offered and make recommendations to suit customer needs
- Offer excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process purchases using the POS (Point of Sale)
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Follow inventory control procedures
Requirements
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to lift 18kg (40 pounds)
This is a part time, casual position. Hours will vary per the store’s needs.
